Accommodation is reserved exclusively for Global Conversations participants and/or WEF-accredited delegates.
Accommodation reservations are linked to a Global Conversations Wristband making the associated Wristband purchase final and no longer eligible for refund under the standard Wristband Cancellation Policy.
Accommodation purchases do not include WEF accreditation, event access, badges, transportation, or other services unless expressly stated.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Accommodation purchases are non-refundable.
Guest name changes are permitted free of charge until 7 days prior to check-in.
Global Conversations may assist with resale of cancelled rooms but cannot guarantee resale or any refund.
If the accommodation provider is unable to honor the reservation, Global Conversations may provide equivalent or higher-standard accommodation within Davos or Klosters.
