The legendary Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este returns to Lake Como in May, gathering the most iconic vintage and concept cars — and the world’s most discerning collectors — for an extraordinary weekend of elegance, engineering, and exclusivity.

We have two private rooms (sleeps 2 people in single or double bed) in Villa Malakoff, located inside the gates of Villa d’Este — one of the rarest accommodations during this invitation-only weekend. Your stay includes all meals and curated event access.

A Weekend Behind Closed Gates

With 152 rooms at Villa d’Este approximately 300 of the world’s top car collectors are invited to stay within the estate — each personally selected by the Concorso team. This is not a public event and the security level i high. The estate is entirely secured and closed to outsiders for the weekend.

To stay within the private grounds is to live among the collectors themselves, with front-row access to cars that rarely, if ever, leave private collections. You’ll witness masterpieces not seen in public for decades, in a setting untouched by time.

Concorso d’Eleganza Weekend Schedule

  • Welcome to Villa d’Este! Friday is check in day and when you start making friends for life. In a casual setting amongst some of the most saught after cars in the world you will mingle with car collectors.
    We will start the weekend with a classic italian aperitivo by the shores of lake Como.

  • Start with a wonderful breakfast with friends by the shores of lake Como. Later the iconic parade of collector cars - a fashion show of design and engineering history on the villa’s lakefront lawn. Finally there is a private gathering by the lake followed by a private dinner in the closed rooms of Villa d’Este.

  • You never get used to the stunning breakfast view of Villa d’Este. This day is filled with car events, auctions and meeting new friends. Private Como boats take the guests to Villa Erba to enjoy the auction and private area for lunch. You will need to rest in the villa for the Grand Dinner at Villa d’Este will be an evening to remember.
    Black tie only; bring your tuxedo for an unforgettable evening of elegance.

  • You wont believe this is the last breakfast at Villa d’Este for quite some time. Monday is a classic breakfast becomes lunch and afternoon. A few final hours by the lake with conversation.
    Here you will make sure to keep the valuable connections you have gained during the weekend.

Price: 20 950 EUR per room (sleeps up to two people & 1 child) in Villa d’Este’s own private Villa Malakoff. A Child bed is available for a supplemental fee.

About Villa Malakoff

Villa Malakoff (300 m2) built in 1860 and completely renovated in 2019, stands on a small hill within the grounds of Villa d’Este, a few steps from the Cardinal Building and the Lake.

The Villa owes its name to the fortress near Sevastopol, conquered by the French general MacMahon. But only the name: the stay at Villa Malakoff is in fact an experience of total relaxation and comfort, a gift to be done to yourself at least once in life.
