Updated latest: December 12, 2025
Scope and Applicability
These Terms govern participation in Global Converstions (“GC”) Events events through the purchase or allocation of a Global Conversations wristband (“Wristband”). All Wristband holders must complete onboarding and registration. Wristbands are personal, non-transferable, and require identity verification upon collection. GC may deny access if identity does not match the registered participant. Minimum participation age is 18 years old unless explicitly authorized by GC.
Wristband Tiers
Wristbands are collected at the Executive Lounge – Flower Shop Lounge (Bahnhofstrasse 3, Davos Platz).
Access tiers: Orange, Blue, Silver, Gold, Black.
Lounge Access
GC reserves the right to modify event access, timings, or speaker/artist lineups without notice. Executive Lounges may be closed due to security reasons, at any time. GC is not responsible for partner lounge operations, staffing, or service levels.
Damaged or Lost Wristband
If a Wristband is lost or damaged:
Replacement is not guaranteed
GC may issue a replacement at its discretion
ID verification is required
A replacement fee may apply
Access may be delayed during re-issuance
Wristbands must remain affixed to the wrist of the registered participant for the duration of the event. Removed, cut, altered, or loosely worn wristbands are considered void and will not be replaced.
Event Access and Invitations
(a) Automatic Access: Based on tier.
(b) Invitation / Request Access Events: Capacity and host approval required; no guarantee of participation.
(c) Partner Houses & External Venues: Operate under their own rules; GC assumes no liability for service levels or operational decisions.
GC is not responsible for unmet expectations regarding networking outcomes or access to specific individuals.
Images or videos taken at GC events may not be used for commercial, promotional, political, or journalistic purposes without prior written approval.
Attendance at dinners, concerts, lounges, and other experiences is subject to capacity limitations. GC may adjust or reassign seating, tables, lounge access points, and floor plans at its discretion based on operational, security, sponsorship, or safety requirements.
Wristband holders are not entitled to specific seats, tables, areas, or proximity to stages, speakers, or VIP guests.
Private Property and Right of Removal
All GC events, venues, lounges, and sessions are private events on private property. GC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to deny entry or request that any individual (regardless of wristband tier access) leave a venue or event at any time, with or without cause, and without refund
Failure to comply with any such request may result in revocation of access credentials, including Secure Hotel Badge withdrawal where applicable. Revocation of any Wristband or event credential applies to all GC events and venues for the remainder of Davos week.

Wristbands may be transferred until 1 December 2025 if approved by GC.
After onboarding, reassignment is the sole responsibility of the holder.

Severe weather, road closures, traffic controls, and emergency or security restrictions may affect access, timing, or operation of venues and events at any time. These circumstances are outside GC’s control.
