In The Round 360
For panels, conversations and major sessions
The signature configuration places a circular stage at the centre of the room, bringing speakers and audience unusually close together.
Rather than a traditional front-facing conference setup, guests surround the conversation, creating a more intimate atmosphere while retaining the production quality expected of a major Davos stage.
Six integrated LED columns, a large-format LED wall and additional LED surfaces can carry live camera feeds, session graphics, partner content or immersive environments.
Ideal for:
Leadership conversations · CEO panels · Ministerial discussions · Fireside chats · Broadcast sessions
Capacity: Up to approximately 150 seated guests + 100 standing guests, depending on configuration.
250 Guests
150 Seated + 100 Standing. The circular configuration places up to 150 guests around the stage, with additional standing capacity around the perimeter. Everyone remains close to the conversation, creating an unusually intimate setting for a major Davos session.
Closer to the Conversation
No traditional front row or distant back of the room. Speakers sit at the centre, surrounded by the audience, creating a more direct and conversational atmosphere between leaders and guests.
Beyond the Room
Broadcast ready Integrated cameras, lighting, sound and LED surfaces enable professional filming and production. Extend a conversation beyond Davos through social content and post-event distribution.
Executive Dining
A private setting for the people who need to be in the same room
For evening dinners, The Main Stage can be transformed into a formal dining room with approximately ten round tables positioned throughout the venue. The stage becomes the honorary table, providing a natural focal point for a head of state, CEO, principal or guest of honour. The large LED wall and surrounding displays can carry understated event branding, Alpine imagery or content specific to the host.
The format is designed for luncheons or dinners where the guest list and seating plan matter as much as the programme itself.
Ideal for:
Executive dinners · Ministerial dinners · CEO gatherings · Family office dinners · Invitation-only leadership dinners
Capacity: Approximately 80–100 seated guests depending on table configuration.
100 Guests
A fully seated format for approximately 80–100 guests, with round tables throughout the room. Large enough to convene a significant group, while remaining intimate enough for meaningful conversation.
Curated Seating
The Right People at the Right Table. Build the room around the guest list. Carefully planned seating brings together leaders, decision-makers and principals around tables designed for conversation rather than presentation.
The Honorary Table
A Natural Focal Point. The stage becomes an elevated honorary table for the host, guest of honour and selected guests. It creates a natural focal point for welcomes, remarks and conversation while remaining part of the wider dinner.
Nightcap
From conference room to evening destination
Once the daytime programme concludes, the central stage and seating can be removed and the entire room opened for standing receptions and nightcaps.
The LED architecture remains, allowing the room to be completely transformed through content and lighting. Bars, activation areas, entertainment and networking zones can be positioned throughout the space while maintaining a natural flow between guests.
The result is not simply the same conference venue with the chairs removed. It becomes a different environment for the evening.
Ideal for:
Nightcaps · Receptions · Partner gatherings · Networking evenings · Private celebrations
Capacity: Approximately 350–600 guests depending on production.
350 - 600 Guests
Built for the Evening. A standing format designed for larger gatherings, with space for bars, entertainment and activations throughout the room. Built to accommodate the natural movement and energy of a Davos nightcap.
Complete Transformation
A Different Room After Dark. The daytime stage and seating disappear while the LED architecture, lighting and production transform the space into an entirely new environment. One venue, completely different experience.
Designed for Connection
Where the Day Continues. Open floor plans, bars and networking areas create natural movement between guests. Designed for the conversations, introductions and unexpected encounters that happen after the formal programme ends.
About Global Conversations
The Main Stage is designed as a premium, fully adaptable environment during Davos. Depending on the format, production requirements and configuration, companies should generally assume a budget of approximately CHF 1 000 - 1 500 per guest. Bespoke productions, private takeovers and additional technical or hospitality requirements may vary.
Global Conversations has been active in Davos since 2015, creating independent programming and bringing together leaders from business, government, technology, capital and civil society during the week of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting.
We work with both WEF Partners and organisations participating independently in Davos, supporting everything from accommodation and access to private gatherings, executive dinners, stages, lounges and curated introductions. Our role is simple: help organisations bring the right people into the right room, at the right time.
