Global Conversations offers a curated, flexible way to experience Davos 2026 on the sidelines of the official program of the WEF Annual Meeting - giving guests meaningful access to the private ecosystem that surrounds the official program.
We are not affiliated nor endorsed by the WEF.

The Global Conversations Wristband is your key to navigating Davos with clarity and access. Wristband holders gain entry to a coordinated ecosystem of curated events - including executive lounges, private breakfasts, nightcaps, dinners, roundtables, and cultural gatherings.

Instead of navigating Davos alone, the wristband connects you to the people, spaces, and conversations shaping AI, energy, cybersecurity, defense, sustainability, longevity, and more - in total almost 30 events.

Our mission is to strengthen the broader Davos ecosystem by helping leaders and companies engage strategically throughout the week.

Some of the most meaningful moments in Davos unfold behind closed doors - over dinner. With your GC Wristband, you gain access to exclusive private dinners where world leaders, innovators, and investors come together to connect, exchange ideas, and build lasting partnerships.

  • Black Tier guests are invited to ultra-private dinners with just 8–16 carefully selected participants. These are intimate, highly curated gatherings built on trust, discretion, and shared purpose — where real agendas emerge, and history is sometimes made.

  • Gold Tier guests join larger private dinners (20+ guests), designed for dynamic connection, opportunity, and meaningful interaction across industries and regions.

With your GC Wristband, you gain access to Davos most defining gatherings - from the iconic Swedish Lunch at Schatzalp with global leaders, to the Avicii Tribute Concert at Belvedere, and closed-door dinners where influence becomes personal.

  • Black Tier guests join private dinners with just a few handful of guests, +1 to most GC events including priority seating & access, external event access (TBA).

  • Gold Tier guests are welcomed to larger private dinners, executive lounge access, +1 invitation to the Avicii Tribute Concert and more.

  • Silver Tier guests get pre-approved invitations to selected events including the renowned The Swedish Lunch and Flower Shop Lounge access.

Ever considered hosting a smaller event but unsure how to proceed?

We offer an discreet Private Office inside the Belvedere Hotel, available for booking during Davos week. This refined, quiet space is ideal for high-level breakfasts, intimate lunches, bilateral meetings, or evening nightcaps - without the need for a public venue or large footprint.

  • Seats up to 6 guests in an intimate setting

  • Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or mid-day meeting slots available throughout the week of the Annual Meeting.

  • Includes F&B options, guest & service coordination

  • Black & Gold Tier guests receive additional complimentary F&B credits

Whether you are closing a deal or gathering trusted clients, the Private Office offers a rare opportunity to host with intention — in the heart of Davos.

  • The GC Wristband is built to remove the friction of Davos — no juggling guest lists or managing separate RSVPs.

    Giving you curated access to independent events, lounges, and gatherings throughout Davos during the week of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting.

    It’s designed for guests who want flexibility, convenience, and meaningful connections beyond the official WEF program.

  • While Gold includes access to private dinners (20+ guests), the Black Tier offers ultra-private gatherings with just 8–16 guests. Black guests can also pre-book meetings in the Executive Lounge (Gold has drop-in access), and receive CHF 1,200 in F&B credits vs. CHF 900 for Gold when booking space in The Private Room.

  • Your pre-purchase is:

    • Fully refundable until November 1, 2025

    • Transferable and upgradable until December 1, 2025

  • Events that take place in secured hotels require a separate Hotel Badge issued by local authorities (subject to background checks) based on submissions from event organizers.

    If you are a GC Wristband holder attending one of our events within the secure zone or secured hotels, you’ll be offered a Secure Hotel Badge at no additional cost during your onboarding to our platform.

  • During registration, you can request a Secure Hotel Badge (subject to separate terms and conditions) at no additional cost if it’s required for any of the events included in your GC Wristband.

  • No — The GC Wristband is entirely independent and does not grant access to official World Economic Forum sessions or spaces..

    It can be combined with an official badge for enhanced access to public and private experiences.

  • The GC Wristband is separate from the official World Economic Forum badge.

    The WEF badge provides access to the official WEF sessions and venues, while the GC Wristband grants entry to Global Conversations’ independent lounges, partner events, and curated experiences across Davos.

  • No — Global Conversations is an independent organization. We operate separately from the World Economic Forum, but our events are held in Davos during the same week to provide private complementary opportunities for connection and dialogue outside the official WEF program.
