ACCOMMODATION
What beds are the rooms equipped with?
Single Rooms: All rooms contain one single bed and may accommodate a maximum of one guest.
Double Rooms: All rooms contain one double bed and may accommodate a maximum of two guests. Most beds are separable - feel free to ask.

Are rooms refundable?
No. Accommodation purchases are non-refundable. Guest name changes and transfers may be permitted in accordance with the Accommodation Terms & Conditions.

Can I stay a shorter period?
Yes. However, accommodation is sold for the full event period and payment is required for the entire stay regardless of arrival or departure date.

Can I extend my stay after Davos?
Yes. Guests may request additional nights following the standard departure date. Extensions are subject to availability and preferential pricing negotiated for Global Conversations guests.

ELIGIBILITY & ACCREDITATION
Does accommodation include WEF accreditation?
No. Accommodation purchases do not include WEF accreditation, event access, or any WEF-issued credentials.

Can I stay without a GC Wristband?
Yes, provided you hold another eligible credential such as WEF accreditation. Guests without an eligible credential must obtain one prior to check-in.

What happens to my Wristband if I purchase accommodation?
Accommodation and accreditation are linked. Once an accommodation reservation has been confirmed, any associated Wristband purchase becomes final and is no longer eligible for refund under the standard Wristband cancellation policy.

BOOKING & CHECK-IN
When will I receive my booking confirmation?
Accommodation bookings are normally confirmed shortly after payment is completed. In certain cases, confirmation may take up to 72 hours.

Can I change the guest name?
Yes. Guest name changes are permitted until January 10, 2027.

Can I arrive late?
Yes. The hotel reception is staffed until 01:00.

What happens if the hotel cannot honor my reservation?
If the accommodation provider is unable to honor the confirmed reservation, Global Conversations may provide alternative accommodation of an equivalent or higher standard within Davos or Klosters, or provide a refund in accordance with the Accommodation Terms & Conditions.

TRANSPORTATION
How do I get to and from Davos during the week?

Morning & Daytime: Guests are encouraged to use the train service between Klosters and Davos. Trains run frequently throughout the day, the journey takes approximately 28 minutes, and often provides additional networking opportunities with fellow delegates.

Evenings: Global Conversations will operate a complimentary evening shuttle service from Davos to Klosters Monday through Thursday between 22:00 and 01:00. The journey takes approximately 12 minutes by car.

Other Transportation Options: Private car services and taxis are available throughout the week. Recommended providers will be listed in the Global Conversations App.
