Security Guidelines and Requirements
You are about to register yourself and/or others for the Davos Summer Summit, organized by Global Conversations. Please carefully read the following security guidelines and registration requirements before proceeding:
1. Minimum Age
Participants must be at least 18 years old by the start date of the event.
2. Registration Deadline
The registration deadline will be communicated by your contact at Global Conversations. After this date, no further registrations will be accepted.
3. Photo Requirements
All participants must upload a photo for badge issuance. The image must meet the following criteria:
- Color photo, taken within the last five years
- Neutral background
- No hats, sunglasses, dark glasses, headphones, or accessories obstructing the face
Note: Your photo and information will be permanently deleted within 90 days after the event in accordance with our data privacy policy.
4. Mandatory ID or Passport Check
For security purposes, a valid national ID or passport is required (residence permits or driving licenses are not accepted) upon checkin. We will check full name, photo, document number, issue and expiry dates.
5. Badge Collection On Site
Badges must be collected in person at the registration desk. Please bring the same ID or passport you used during registration.
6. Badge Security Rules
- Your badge is a personal security credential; misuse may result in legal action
- In case of loss, notify your Global Conversations contact immediately
- Replacement badges will only be issued after verification and in coordination with security officials
- The badge must be worn visibly at all times in designated secure areas
7. Badge Quota and Access
Global Conversations reserves the right to limit the number of badges per organization or per function type. If you are registering others, please ensure they are informed of points 5 and 6.
